Helpful Information

It helps to have the following information ready when you submit a claim.

What You Need

If you submit a claim by fax, be sure to include this information in your fax:

  • Your policy number
  • The date the loss happened
  • The policyholder's name and address 
  • A description of what happened
  • If possible, please include a telephone number where we can contact you

 When you fill out and submit our online claim form,  we'll document the information on our system.  A member of our claim staff will contact you to let you know what will happen next.

Tips to help you receive the best service:

  • Maintain all receipts or bills
  • Protect your property or vehicle from further damage
  • Contact your Agent or Carrier with any questions
